Work Experience:

Since joining the work force in 1987, Ronald has held the positions of Project Director and Engineer in the very prestigious Chinese Academy of Agricultural Mechanisation Sciences (CAASM), Manager of the Technical Department and Chief Engineer of Beijing Yenli Food & Beverage Co., Ltd., (a wholly foreign-owned company), Vice President in charge of Consulting Operations for JP International Inc., Vice President of JMK-TRIDEA Investment Consulting Ltd., and Vice President of Beijing Modern Management Technological Training Center (BMMTTC).

Currently, Ronald is Director of the CCTA Logistics Training Center which reports ultimately to the State Council of China (the country’s top policy-making body). The Center is the exclusive partner in China for delivering the certification and education programs of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT) and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply (CIPS) both of which are the peak professional bodies in their field in the United Kingdom. The Center also cooperates with Chinese and overseas universities to deliver award programs. In 2007, there are more than 30,000 students enrolled in courses managed by the Center.
