Work Experience:

Qiang started to work as senior advisor on CER issues at Yongsheng Mining Co., Ltd in the province of Heilongjiang since 2007. It is a rare company who has been eagerly interested in clean energy in the region.  He is also appointed as a joint consultant on CDM matters by local government. Later, Qiang is promoted to be an operation director, and responsible for accelerating CDM project of the company.

Qiang joined SEA workforce as technical officer in 2008. His research interests focus on sustainable energy issues, especially on wind, solar and energy recovery from waste.  He became a director on 2009, and responsible for increasing company’s marketplace in China. Meantime, Qiang is also closely cooperating with leading research institutions from Australia, France, Switzerland and U.K.
